Support teacher literacy and numeracy


​Support teachers work with classroom teachers and other members of the school community to improve student achievement in the areas of literacy and numeracy. 

Intervention and differentiated curriculum is strategically managed by the classroom teacher and developed with specialist teachers. 

Support Teachers assist classroom teachers to identify, plan and support learning in the classroom, through analysing data, and includes  working in classrooms with students using evidence based strategies.  Support Teachers may also provide support and advice on the teaching of students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
